Our builder told us to go to Crossville Wholesale Carpet and look at hardwood flooring. That is where the wonderful experience began when we walked in the door and met Carla Cox and the wonderful team that works there. Carla worked with us as we explained what we thought we were looking for. She listened and then began to give us a history of flooring and what works best in this area.

We looked at many samples and picked out flooring we wanted pricing on. She called distributors to get us the current pricing so we could get the best deal. My husband and I decided we needed some time to think so we made an appointment for the next morning. When we came back Carla had more samples to pick from and we picked a floor we truly loved and she worked to get us a great price.

We wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our new Brazilian Cherry floor. Everyone who comes to see the new kitchen remodel says, "I love your floor!" Thank you so much for your help in choosing just the right flooring for our home. I would suggest that those who purchase this floor order an extra box since there were several pieces of really rough wood in each box. Since we had the floor put down before the cabinets, we were able to put most of those pieces under the cabinets and in places that are less visible. However, those who want a very rustic look would probably want to scatter them throughout the room. We will do business with you again if we have future flooring needs. Once the kitchen remodel is complete, I'll send the pictures requested by Katelyn.

I recently purchased 638 square feet of honey oak laminate flooring from Crossville Wholesale Carpet. I worked with Danny Ferguson on the purchase and Seth Davenport Construction handled the installation. My experience was outstanding. Danny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I wasn't exactly sure of what color of flooring to go with and emailed a picture of existing hardwood flooring in my breakfast nook. Danny provided me with a short list of samples he thought would work from which I chose the honey oak. Excellent communication and follow-up. Product had to be ordered and the timetable was as described. Superb!

Seth Davenport was also great to work with. He accurately calculated square foot requirement, clearly communicated various project options/pricing and did a top notch job on the installation of the product. Transitions and quarter round installation looked great as well. Seth got the job done quickly and the floor is a wonderful enhancement to my home installed at a fair price.

When I first went into Crossville Wholesale Carpet, I was not sure what to expect. Maybe a warehouse with stacks of carpet everywhere and me wandering around with nary a salesman to be found.
